Shipping

One flat shipping rate

Shipping is a single flat fee per order, shown in your cart and at checkout — no weight tiers, no surprises. When we run free-shipping promotions, every order ships free.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 12–20 days from payment on our fastest routes. Distant destinations add up to 7 days — the exact window for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. Custom builds add 2–4 weeks of build time before dispatch.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email the moment it ships. Track status anytime using the link in your shipping email.

Where we ship

We manufacture and ship direct, worldwide, with two exceptions: we do not currently ship to Nigeria or India. Everywhere else, the total shown at checkout is the total you are charged — nothing further is added.

Warranty & Returns

2-year frame warranty

Every E-Drift frame is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.

1-year drivetrain & electronics

Motors, controllers and batteries are covered for one year under normal riding conditions.

30-day returns

Unused rigs can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus return shipping and any restocking fee. Custom builds are final sale. See Returns & Refunds for full details.

Crash replacement

Riders get discounted crash-replacement pricing on frames and sleeves. Contact support to claim.
